Addressed the requested documentation correction in f8d07ef54:\n\n- `schema` is now documented as required only for `json`, `excel`, and `xml`.\n- The schema-less `text`/`csv` fallback is documented as a single `content` STRING field.\n- The `read_columns` restriction in schema-less mode is documented.\n- English and Chinese docs are synchronized.\n\nThe wording was checked against `TextReadStrategy.getSeaTunnelRowTypeInfo()` and `CsvReadStrategy.getSeaTunnelRowTypeInfo()`.
