## Purpose Closes #11280 ## Changes Added a comprehensive **Slow Operation Troubleshooting Cookbook** to the Zeta tuning guide (`docs/en/engines/zeta/tuning-guide.md` and `docs/zh/engines/zeta/tuning-guide.md`).
