   Addressed the remaining split-delivery/barrier ordering blocker in
`e92eea319`.

   - `TaskExecutionService.asyncExecuteFunction(...)` now returns the submitted
future.
   - `BarrierFlowOperation` waits for that future, so the enumerator-side
`sendToMember(...).join()` only completes after the reader has actually run
`task.triggerBarrier(barrier)` and finished the reader snapshot/ack path.
   - Added `BarrierFlowOperationTest` to prove the operation stays blocked
until the async reader-barrier future completes; this catches the previous gap
where the operation could return immediately after scheduling the async
function.

   Local validation kept to the allowed formatting boundary: `./mvnw -pl
seatunnel-engine/seatunnel-engine-server -DskipTests spotless:apply
spotless:check` and `git diff --check`. I did not run local compile/test/E2E;
the fresh GitHub CI is queued on the new head.
