Addressed the current Windows unit-test failure on the new head
`76611dfa15d854c1424a410aafa243dc657ea13b`.

   The failing lane was `Run / unit-test (11, windows-latest)`, and the
concrete failure was
`MultiTableSinkWriterSchemaChangeBroadcastTest.schemaChangeKeepsIOExceptionContractWhenWorkerAlreadyFailed`
in `seatunnel-api`. I backported the same minimal test-only fix already
carried on `dev` by commit `22da84a418beeb95123efe43f369d117c5378039`:
`close()` is now allowed to re-surface the already-known row-write failure if
it observes the pre-existing queue-drain race, instead of treating that
existing timing window as a new regression.

This change is intentionally limited to the assertion logic in that one test
method; it does not alter the dynamic lookup implementation in this PR. Build
is rerunning on this head now.
