Opened #11991 with a narrow collector-side readiness guard and regression coverage for both affected collectors. The change returns no samples only when getCoordinatorService() raises SeaTunnelEngineRetryableException after the existing readiness check; unexpected exceptions still propagate. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
