Stale-CI-status update on this same head (`3add4380a`).
In my 2026-08-26 approval I noted the apache-side `Build` check was still
`in_progress`/pending at review time and asked for confirmation it finished
green before merging. It has: current live CI on this exact head is fully green
(`Build`, `Notify test workflow`, `labeler` all `pass`).
No code blockers were open in that review ("None. Every blocker from all
four prior review rounds is verifiably fixed") — CI confirmation was the only
outstanding item, and it's now cleared. My conclusion remains **Approve**;
nothing further is blocking from my side.
