## Purpose Fixes #10807 for the connector JAR distribution path in separated Zeta clusters. Master-only nodes do not initialize TaskExecutionService, but connector JAR upload and cleanup operations can still be delivered to them. Those operations now return without work on a master-only node, while worker-capable nodes keep the existing storage and deletion behavior. ## Tests - Added a regression test that sends both connector JAR operations to a master-only node and verifies they complete successfully. - Ran `./mvnw spotless:apply` and `git diff --check` successfully. - Attempted the targeted server test and `./mvnw -q -DskipTests verify`; both were blocked before this module by missing generated Typesafe Config shaded sources in `seatunnel-config-shade`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
