### Purpose Fixes #12045. Makes the CoordinatorServiceTest scheduler fixture deterministic when tests share the coordinator executor. ### Changes - Stop `masterActiveListener` and `pipelineCleanupScheduler` with `shutdownNow()` and wait for termination. - Assert that scheduler cleanup does not shut down the coordinator executor needed by the pending-job test. - Keep production scheduling behavior unchanged. ### Verification - `git diff --check` passes. - Focused Maven test could not start because the configured internal Maven repository reset the connection and required artifacts were unavailable offline. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
