Opened #12108 to stabilize the `MetalakeIT` timeout that's been causing the red `jdbc-connectors-it-part-7` job here (3-minute Gravitino-readiness budget bumped to 5 minutes — the download+start sequence for the Gravitino server can occasionally exceed 3 minutes on a loaded runner, producing curl exit code 7 rather than a real functional failure).
