CI status (maintainer triage): the Build on `6f47af6ed` finished with two failures, both `rocketmq-connector-it` (JDK 8 and 11): `RocketMqIT` - the known broker double-identity race (#12115, unmerged). Zero overlap with this PR's diff (`JobMaster.java`, `AbstractResourceManager.java`, `ResourceManager.java`, `SlotProfile.java`, `DefaultSlotService.java`).
