Opened #12351 for the approved connector-selectdb-cloud sink slice. The PR adds declarative nonblank validation for exactly these existing required options: jdbc-url, load-url, cluster-name, username, and table.identifier. Focused factory tests cover valid configurations (including surrounding spaces), and each required option when missing, empty, or whitespace-only. They also confirm password remains optional (missing and empty accepted). Writer, retry, two-phase commit, client, and network behavior are unchanged.
