Opened #12352 for the approved connector-sls source-and-sink slice. Both factory rules now apply declarative nonblank validation to exactly these existing required strings: endpoint, project, logstore, access_key_id, and access_key_secret. Focused ConfigValidator coverage exercises both source and sink with valid configurations, all five values with surrounding spaces, and each required option individually missing, empty, or whitespace-only. Optional settings, defaults, cursor/start-mode behavior, client construction, credential/network checks, and runtime behavior are unchanged.
