Updated the PR to `cd8c818017a` and resolved the conflict with current `dev`.

   - Preserved `dev`'s deployment-scoped async-function tracking in
`TaskExecutionService` while retaining the returned future required by
`BarrierFlowOperation` to wait for reader-barrier processing.
   - Closed the concurrent-bootstrap failure-path gap in
`MasterWorkerClusterSeaTunnelWithTelemetryIT`: both futures are collected even
after a failure or interruption, any successfully created container is closed
before propagating the failure, and the interrupt status is restored.
   - The final PR diff remains free of `pom.xml` and local artifact changes.

Validation was limited to the allowed SeaTunnel formatting boundary: the
affected E2E module passed `spotless:apply` and `spotless:check`; the
engine-server module passed in the same scoped reactor check before the E2E
formatting correction. No local compile, unit test, or container E2E was run.
Fresh GitHub checks are queued on this head.
