Merged current dev in `da0e9f9d3` so the branch includes the existing Nebula/RocketMQ fixes. The exact-array implementation and feature patch are preserved; all 38 array/numeric regression tests pass after the merge. New CI is pending. This does not establish that the remaining OpenGauss restore, engine checkpoint/cancellation or PostgreSQL restore-row failures are fixed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
