Mixed native-integral/BigDecimal arrays now compare exactly, with explicit first-element tie retention. The regressions cover both orders, long boundaries, decimal underflow, original-element identity and the unchanged floating/unknown-Number fallback. The new regression failed before the fix; all 40 focused and adjacent tests pass afterward. EN/ZH scope and migration notes are updated, and the dev conflict is resolved. Pushed in 22ea3a7e7152.
