Thanks for closing the loop on this, and for going back to check the fix's own validating run rather than stopping at the theory — that's exactly the kind of independent verification that should decide this. With three independent reads now landing on the same read — widen-not-weaken on the diff, real ceiling still at 60s, and a live suspicion that something is swallowing the arrival signal rather than the wait genuinely running out — I'm comfortable leaving my approval standing.
