Added the guard to the ConfigAdapter entry point in f52673cf1. The new regression reproduced the fallback-to-HOCON failure before the fix and now passes, covering nested regex/escaped keys and the existing `env->job.mode` behavior through the decrypt step. ConfigBuilderTest (9), ConfigShadeTest (12), and ReadableConfigTest (17) pass, along with the module-reactor verify and Spotless checks.
