Merged current `dev` (4c4fd615d) in 971fb98587b1f5e673fd65912a8e66cc53b69f11 without conflicts. JDK 8 and 17 each pass 40 targeted tests across `ReadableConfigTest`, `ConfigBuilderTest`, `RestUtilTest` and `RestApiSubmitJobConfigShadeDecryptTest`, with no failures, errors or skips. Module `verify`, scoped formatting and the complete PR diff check pass. A fresh remote CI result is still required. The direct decrypt round trip is [`ConfigBuilderTest#testInvalidPathKeysSurviveConfigShadeRoundTrip`](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/blob/971fb98587b1f5e673fd65912a8e66cc53b69f11/seatunnel-core/seatunnel-core-starter/src/test/java/org/apache/seatunnel/core/starter/utils/ConfigBuilderTest.java#L78).
