Classification: I / Zeta file MapStore durability benchmark.

The reported 4 GiB JMH fork budget and the earlier full-WAL reload failure
are useful acceptance context. Record them as supporting evidence, but the
local 2 GiB smoke and a heap budget alone cannot prove selective loading or the
no-retention property. The functional gate remains unchanged: Phase A must
first prove the keyed file-storage contract for requested keys, overwrites, and
tombstones without retaining unrelated rows; Phase B may then widen the
durability sample only outside the measured SingleShot path.

#12173 is still open, BLOCKED, and Build-failed, so both phases remain
design-only. Do not start a benchmark or storage implementation on that branch.
Once its baseline is healthy and merged, submit Phase A with deterministic
FileMapStore and WAL-reader tests plus a constrained-heap diagnostic, then open
Phase B only after Phase A is merged and shown selective.

No label or assignment change in this pass.
