The foundations are identifier/metadata escaping (#12501/#12503) and
attached-catalog/snapshot routing (#12506). The unsigned-range fix #12508 must
also be available to the replacement query-type fix. #12543 was withdrawn after
finding regressions in previously working timestamp and unsigned queries, so it
is not a completed dependency.

Although this option rejects user-supplied `query`, the prototype generates
snapshot-pinned SELECTs and discovers their schemas through the query path
([planner](https://github.com/hutiefang76/seatunnel/blob/eb95771f4aa51663cb0fe044e9971201d6055c1c/seatunnel-connectors-v2/connector-jdbc/src/main/java/org/apache/seatunnel/connectors/seatunnel/jdbc/source/DuckLakeSourceSnapshot.java#L130)).
Correct query typing is therefore still necessary. Once those bases are
reviewed, the automatic-snapshot change can be reviewed separately; I am
keeping the prototype out of a merge-ready feature PR meanwhile.

The proposed restore contract remains strict: enabling the option on old
state without snapshot data fails, and an unavailable snapshot fails rather
than reading current data. The final contribution needs matching EN/ZH
migration notes, explicit rejection of custom query/regex selection, and
version-guarded DuckLake integration fixtures. The single-JVM restore fixture
does not establish distributed Master failover.
