@SEZ9 @DanielLeens one deliberate consequence of F2 (`catch (Exception)` only in the BlockingWorker fallback `finally`): if fallback `close()` throws a fatal JVM `Error` (OOM / ThreadDeath / StackOverflowError), that exception escapes before `setContextClassLoader(oldClassLoader)`, so the worker thread’s context classloader stays unrestored. Only relevant when the JVM is already unrecoverable; not treated as a merge blocker. Nested-`finally` restore would be optional polish. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
