Added the doc line to both `docs/en/connectors/source/Jdbc.md` and `docs/zh/connectors/source/Jdbc.md`, mirroring the existing `NCHAR` note: > Dameng `NVARCHAR2` source columns are mapped to SeaTunnel `STRING` (recognized alongside `NVARCHAR`, preserving the original type name in the generated DDL).
