### Purpose of this pull request
Fix resource leak in ActiveMQ sink (Session/MessageProducer created per
`write()` call, never closed) and add 9 config options for ConnectionFactory
and Producer.
Closes #12694
### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
Yes. Added 9 new optional config options with safe defaults. No existing
options changed or removed. Documentation updated for en/zh.
### How was this patch tested?
9 unit tests added in `ActivemqClientTest`, all 15 tests pass. Spotless
verified.
