The `elasticsearch-connector-it (11)` / `(17)` failures on this PR come from the three assertions in `ElasticsearchIT` that still read the sink index once and assert immediately (see the evidence above); they are unrelated to this change. Instead of adding unrelated files here, I opened a separate test-only fix: #12711. Once #12711 lands I will rebase this PR on top and rerun, so the Build check here reflects only the CDC change. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
