I independently checked the annotations of all 11 failed jobs in fork run `37615433319`: each reports "The job was not started because it repeatedly failed to be acquired (5 attempts)." That explains the absent logs/reports; these were not failed test executions. I have requested a rerun of the failed jobs; the run is currently queued, not green yet. On the test mapping in the latest comments: `testCheckpointErrorReportDoesNotRunOnCallerThread` verifies `handleCheckpointError(1, false)` after releasing the busy executor; `testCheckpointErrorReportRejectionStillReachesCancellationOffCallerThread` exercises a shut-down primary executor and checks handler delivery off the caller thread; `testCheckpointErrorReportCompletesFutureWhenExecutorRejects` checks waiter release. None exercises rejection by both pools.
