### Purpose Fixes #12754. Doris 2.x catalog conversion now maps IPV4 and IPV6 to SeaTunnel STRING while retaining the original Doris type in the column source metadata. This lets Doris tables with IP address columns load their catalog schema, and preserves IP values as strings when Arrow rows are read. ### Tests - Added converter coverage for lowercase IPV4 and uppercase IPV6 metadata, including source-type preservation. - Added an Arrow row regression that verifies IPv4 and IPv6 values are returned unchanged as strings. - `DorisTypeConvertorV1Test` and `DorisTypeConvertorV2Test` passed. - The full connector-doris test suite passed (140 tests) on JDK 21 with `-Dnet.bytebuddy.experimental=true`, required by the repository's current Byte Buddy version. - `spotless:apply` and `spotless:check` passed on JDK 8; `git diff --check` passed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
