Hi @Asthenia0412, a data point from a real cluster that may help here. I hit the same issue (#12754) and checked the read path against Doris 4.0.6: - Doris BE sends `IPV4` through Arrow as `Int(32, true)`, not as `Utf8`. For example, `192.168.0.1` arrives as `-1062731775`. With only the converter mapping, the read fails with `ClassCastException: Integer cannot be cast to String`. `IPV6` does arrive as `Utf8`. - Before that, opening the scan fails with an NPE in `SchemaUtils.convertToSchema`: the shaded `thrift-service` 1.0.0 has no `IPV4` / `IPV6` in `TPrimitiveType`, so `desc.getType()` is `null`.
