Fixed in e07f4066f. Saved configs now keep `${DB_PASSWORD}`, optional
references and reference-only concatenations unchanged. Values with adjacent
literal text are still redacted in full, and an empty quote pair is preserved
only when it actually ends the value.
The full CLI suite passes: 309 tests and 3 subtests. Ruff and root `./mvnw
-q -DskipTests verify` also pass. I clarified the remaining single-line
limitation in both READMEs: triple-quoted blocks and space-concatenated values
are not fully covered.
