Thanks for the go-ahead. The PR is up: #12831. I checked the two items I left open against Intercom's 2.17 OpenAPI spec. The contact field names and the 150 `per_page` maximum match the design. `created_at` and `updated_at` are Unix-second integers, so they are BIGINT columns rather than strings. The rate limit is 10,000 calls per minute per app, enforced in 10-second windows. The retry behavior is as described in the design. The unit tests and `spotless:check` pass locally.
