Oracle ordered validation is now complete on the prior code head
`e7586c06a83ae174775bd3fdd8aa46a05039672f` using the official
`connector-jdbc-e2e-part-1` Failsafe run with
`-Dit.test=JdbcOracleIT,JdbcOracleSplitIT -Dfailsafe.runOrder=alphabetical`,
Java 17, Testcontainers 1.21.4, and real Docker containers.

   - `JdbcOracleIT`: 39 tests, 0 failures, 0 errors, 0 skipped.
   - It ran first and its `@AfterAll` removed
`gvenzl/oracle-free:slim-faststart`.
   - `JdbcOracleSplitIT` then re-pulled the image under
`PullPolicy.alwaysPull()` and completed all 3 tests, including
`testCompositeKeySplit`: 0 failures, 0 errors, 0 skipped.
   - Full reactor result: `BUILD SUCCESS`.

The first attempt timed out waiting for `DATABASE IS READY TO USE` after
~273s during first-time Oracle PDB initialization. Following the reviewer
guidance, I added `.withStartupTimeout(Duration.ofMinutes(6))` to both Oracle
containers; no assertions, image, or test data were weakened/changed. The
official ordered rerun then passed. This change is pushed as
`056524ee04dff75ae38ad78d9194909776a90fc4`; the new-head required Build is now
running (fork run 39003469532), so I am not claiming that new-head remote gate
green yet. The exact official command and results can be shared if helpful.
