The CI fact cited in my previous review has changed: Build for the current unchanged head is now passing. CI was previously the only remaining blocker, and I do not see a new source-side blocker from Daniel's review. GitHub now reports this branch as having merge conflicts with dev. Please sync with the latest dev and resolve the conflicts first, then rerun the required checks. This merge-state blocker is separate from the now-green Build result.
