All three blocking issues and the stale description are addressed in
4d53518bd plus a description refresh:
1. **zh Hive source page** (blocking): the option rows, the `table_name`
paragraph, both section bodies and the Example 3 note now mirror `en` —
`table_list` is the current multi-table option and `tables_configs` is
deprecated, matching `MultipleTableHiveSourceConfig`. The precedence note
('`table_list` takes precedence if both are set') is added to both languages.
2. **FtpFile/SftpFile source feature lists** (blocking): the four new
`parquet`/`orc` checklist lines are dropped (en Ftp/Sftp + zh Sftp; the zh
FtpFile page had no checklist lines). The sink lists are untouched.
3. **Hive sink FAQ** (blocking): both sentences now list only `ORC`,
`PARQUET` and `TEXT`.
4. **PR description**: refreshed — the SqlServer-CDC, MongoDB-CDC and Paimon
items that already landed on dev via other PRs are removed, the parquet/orc
claims are gone, and the file list now reflects the final 18-file diff.
