Thanks @DanielLeens for the detailed review. Noted the optional suggestion to distinguish blank-value diagnostics from missing-option diagnostics in the factory tests. The current head is unchanged, and Build still shows `action_required`. The fork's repository-permissions API currently reports Actions enabled with all actions allowed, but the last workflow-dispatch attempt returned HTTP 422, "Actions has been disabled for this repository." The remaining fork activation still needs to be resolved before a real Build can run. I'll keep this PR as a draft until CI is running and passes, including the new PostgreSQL `--check` integration case. The 88 local connector tests and successful integration-test compilation are local evidence only; I am not claiming the Docker test or GitHub CI passed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
