I started a real Build for the previous head. It ran but stopped before connector tests: Python 3.11.0 was unavailable on Ubuntu 26.04, and the code-specification step hit the Lombok `TypeTag :: UNKNOWN` JDK mismatch. Failed run: https://github.com/Nikk8091/seatunnel/actions/runs/40725557945. Both failures match merged upstream #12964 (Python 3.11 selection and Temurin 17 for code-style/specification). I merged current `dev` (`f7a57543`) without conflicts, producing head `55f4b599`. The PR diff against dev remains scoped to the same six Postgres URL-validation, test, E2E-fixture and EN/ZH documentation files; no separate CI patch or connector behavior change was added. Fresh local `spotless:apply verify` passed in the 15-module prerequisite reactor, with all 34 `PostgresSourceConfigFactoryTest` cases passing, zero failures/errors/skips. `git diff --check` passed.
