Issue 1 is addressed in 004a2ef79: both Simple FakeSource fragments (en and
zh) now carry a minimal `schema { fields { id = int } }`, so the example
registers a real dataset instead of failing at catalog-table construction. The
Prometheus/QIANFAN points staying closed is noted with thanks.
