### Purpose of this pull request The InterSystems IRIS driver link in the JDBC docs returns 404: `intersystems-community/iris-driver-distribution` removed its JDBC jars on 2026-10-20 and now points to the official channels. Any PR that edits these docs fails the `Dead links` check (for example #12828). This PR points the link to the driver on Maven Central, like the other rows in the table: `com.intersystems:intersystems-jdbc:3.10.3`, the version `JdbcIrisIT` already tests (`jdbc.e2e.iris.version`). 3.8.4 is not published there. **Before:** `https://raw.githubusercontent.com/.../JDBC/JDK18/intersystems-jdbc-3.8.4.jar` (404). **After:** `https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/com/intersystems/intersystems-jdbc/3.10.3/intersystems-jdbc-3.10.3.jar`. Files: `docs/en/connectors/source/Jdbc.md`, `docs/en/connectors/sink/Jdbc.md`, `docs/zh/connectors/source/Jdbc.md`. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
