Resolved the stale workflow/sharder conflicts and the timing-tool defects in `957b7f87e294`. The workflow preserves current `dev`'s stable seven-shard algorithm, JSON module tokens, existing job triggers, Java matrices, timeouts, engine-selection flags and report uploads. HTTP, MongoDB and ClickHouse now have explicit dedicated lanes and matching shared-shard exclusions; delayed scheduling and the reusable cleanup action remain. The cleanup script itself is byte-identical to current `dev`; obsolete timeout reductions were not carried forward. The timing utility now follows bounded same-origin pagination (this workflow can expand to 113 jobs), detects missing/duplicate-page omissions, bounds API requests, and preserves queued/running jobs and steps without inventing durations. It uses only Python's standard library. Six focused timing regressions run in the existing code-style job alongside the shard-ownership tests. Scoped Spotless, Python AST checks and YAML structure/duplicate-key checks passed; the final patch received independent internal review. The updated workflow and timing regressions still require fresh current-head GitHub CI before runtime validation can be claimed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
