Addressed the path-boundary and encoding issues and synchronized with current `dev` in `f7d86d1b096f`. - Logical jar URLs now resolve only a leading local installation root, decoding URI paths once. Spaced, Unicode and literal-percent filenames keep their file identity; external authorities, query/fragment URLs and embedded placeholder text are preserved. - Worker deployment resolves a private jar list and retains that exact list for classloader release, preserving immutable task descriptors. - Existing unit and clustered-worker integration coverage now includes encoded logical URLs and exact zero retained loader references after failed deployment. Test home settings are restored after each case; English and Chinese deployment documentation explain layout/version requirements and historical absolute paths. Scoped Spotless and static diff checks passed, and the final patch received independent internal review.
