Updated this branch with `b4b1c09f3fc91d0f8105773b795092d6b35db554` after merging exact upstream dev `d676f91b3d6aaa2cca693816697a211e4d384805`. The repair preserves per-job restore failure isolation and scheduler reservation cleanup, keeps tracking work disabled by default (including failed marker reads), preserves the legacy CLI list JSON schema, and retains same-owner UNKNOWN/recovery evidence through delayed initialization and coordinator demotion. It also corrects the future type and Hazelcast JSON API calls that failed compilation in the original unit/engine/license jobs. Coverage now includes actual-service timeout/retry/demotion paths and the existing engine failover IT with enabled/default-off jobs, real worker loss, master failover beside a malformed restored job, exact recovery counts, and continued committed output. Scoped formatting and independent source review passed; local functional execution was not performed under the current CI-only policy. The remote head and all 35 effective files were read back, and GitHub reports no merge conflict. No checks were attached to the new head at the immediate readback: fresh GitHub CI is still required.
