The queued/pending-CI wording in my previous review is now obsolete. [Build](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/runs/119885327541) has completed with ACTION_REQUIRED and the title Workflow run detection failed; the fork inventory still has no Build run for `0966f645b5085795fc0f3f0f97e0780671e83ce0`. This is a missing-run gate, not a failed UI assertion or an in-flight test to keep waiting on. Please check the fork's Actions page, enable workflows if it shows that banner, and start Build > Run workflow on this PR branch. A manual run does not require another source change or empty commit. The PR is also still Draft, so marking it Ready for review is a separate remaining step when you are ready. The source blockers closed in my previous review remain closed, and its three non-blocking observations remain optional. No unrelated dependency or workflow patch is requested; final approval needs a write-capable maintainer.
