One clarification so the scope is unambiguous: this issue's contract covers case conversion only, with an explicit fixed locale and no carve-out. The `DateTimeFormatter.ofPattern` sites you measured and the `ZetaDateTimeFormat` numeric-only enum stay out of this contract and continue as the separate behavioral work you already filed.
