The production locale corrections are already merged in your [#12618](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/pull/12618) and [#12495](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/pull/12495). This PR's additional source-scan test and explanatory comment are separate from those delivered behavior fixes; closing it leaves the merged corrections in place.
