## Summary Extend the existing release guide with an ATR distribution route while retaining the original Maven/Nexus release commands and SVN route. ATR replaces archive staging and distribution; it does not replace Git version/tag preparation or Maven artifact publication. Document Maven 3.9.0+, PMC designation of release managers, ATR PAT configuration, matching draft versions, GPG prompts, one-line packaging/upload commands and upload-only retries after interruption or JWT expiry. Keep manual vote-email instructions specific to SVN. The ATR commands require the companion SeaTunnel `release-atr` profile. ## Validation - MDX syntax compilation passed. - `git diff --check` passed. - No website build or deployment was run.
