Thanks @Vivek1106-04 for tracing the runner shutdown/time limit and tracking the deferred generation-owner work in #13052. I verified that issue is open and the current-head Build is now successful. The prior failed/cancelled-job guidance is superseded. Keep this PR's reviewed scope unchanged; the planned follow-up owns the remaining optional callers/savepoint interaction coverage. My technical source conclusion stays clear; effective maintainer approval is separate. Checked 2026-10-29T17:13:58+00:00; head `a932e27a757519fe74a26cb2920966cad853aead`. [Signal pull request update](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/actions/runs/40463709659/job/122617757074) = `SUCCESS`; [Build](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/runs/122968422970) = `SUCCESS` Comparison: base `dev`, head `a932e27a757519fe74a26cb2920966cad853aead`, `diverged`, ahead 15 / behind 61; GitHub mergeable state `dirty`. GitHub reports real merge conflicts; the author must sync the latest base and resolve them before the resulting head can be checked and re-reviewed. Daniel has READ repository permission. This is a discussion/CI clarification, not a new complete source review, an effective APPROVED event or dismissal of historical requested changes. A write-capable maintainer must perform any required final approval/dismissal. Thanks for keeping the follow-up focused. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
