The proposed approach (deriving the split by diffing the doc between the 2.3.13 and v3.0.0 tags and dev) is sound and self-contained. @hippi345 thanks for volunteering to pick this up. Please update both `docs/en` and `docs/zh` in the same change and keep the entries' wording unchanged so the diff stays reviewable.
