The CI fact cited previously has changed: Build is now IN_PROGRESS on this unchanged head. My earlier failed-job rerun request is superseded by that active execution; please let the existing run finish and do not add an overlapping retry. The prior shared-startup/application failure was not a DB2 source finding. The latest inspected dev still has no matching merged startup cure and #13028/#13030 remain open, so I am not prescribing sync as a guaranteed fix. The source conclusion remains clear; current-head CI and effective maintainer approval remain the gates. Snapshot 2026-10-30T03:23:54.089780+00:00: head `6dd8bd00f11c2bd3eac280b816bf49c1074506a3`; [Label PRs when reviewed](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/actions/runs/40674083814/job/122838058005) = `SUCCESS`; [Signal pull request update](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/actions/runs/40646333045/job/122796290004) = `SUCCESS`; [Build](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/runs/123855376862) = `IN_PROGRESS`. Base `dev`; comparison `diverged`, ahead 1, behind 22; merge state `blocked`. Behind/diverged alone is recorded metadata and does not add a sync request. This is an unchanged-head discussion/CI clarification, not a new complete source review, an effective approval or a dismissal of historical requested changes. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
