The CI fact cited previously has changed again: the active exact-head Build has now completed SUCCESS. CI was previously the only remaining technical blocker; CI is now passing, so my technical conclusion is clear to proceed. The old failed-job rerun guidance is withdrawn; no redundant run or DB2 source patch is needed. Daniel has READ permission, so this clarification cannot submit the effective APPROVED review required from a write-capable maintainer.
