The CI fact cited previously has changed: the exact head now has a successful aggregate Build. CI was previously the only remaining technical blocker; CI is now passing, so my technical conclusion is clear to proceed. The old missing-Build/adoption guidance is withdrawn. Daniel has READ permission and cannot turn this into the repository-required effective APPROVED review; final approval/dismissal belongs to a write-capable maintainer. Snapshot 2026-10-30T03:23:54.089640+00:00: head `6394add24f3e23d62524aea81608f47a5889b058`; [Label PRs when reviewed](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/actions/runs/40912573782/job/123600217831) = `SUCCESS`; [Signal pull request update](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/actions/runs/40890959184/job/123507306998) = `SUCCESS`; [Build](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/runs/123612237250) = `SUCCESS`. Base `dev`; comparison `diverged`, ahead 6, behind 8; merge state `blocked`. Behind/diverged alone is recorded metadata and does not add a sync request. This is an unchanged-head discussion/CI clarification, not a new complete source review, an effective approval or a dismissal of historical requested changes. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
