Thanks @SEZ9. +1: moving aggregation to an executor does not release the receiving Hazelcast operation thread while GetRunningJobSlotUsageOperation.java:53-67 still waits for its future. The focused next revision is asynchronous completion with a response on both success and failure, preserving the read-only aggregation semantics. That existing source blocker remains; a green retry of the separately diagnosed transport/website CI failure would not clear it. No speculative sync or unrelated dependency patch is requested.
