Thanks @SEZ9. The unchanged head does not close the existing policy/default compatibility, deterministic-failure recovery and documented filter/behavior contracts. Please preserve those source requests and provide committed fixes/contract evidence for the next complete review; an activation-only green check cannot close them. The separate Build gate is workflow-run discovery, so start/link the existing exact-head fork run and enable workflows only if disabled.
